My new favorite all arounder

A real workhorse. Small enough for getting into hard to fit places, strong enough to baton down a tree. It exudes quality, hard to beat Esee. Ideal hiking/backpacking general purpose knife... don't leave home without it kinda thing.

Pack All Day Wonder Blade !

I thought I wanted an Esee 5 until I seen how beefy it was in person. This blade was more than what I was looking for in a hiking, camping, outdoor utility, knife. Ergonomics and materials are well thought out. Superb edge grind from the factory, and the coating holds up better than expected. Multiple carry option sheath is a bonus.

ESEE3 Knife

Outstanding knife! Absolutely the sharpest knife out of the box that I have ever purchased. I really like the coating on the blade. I attached this knife to a Safariland drop-leg platform and will be using it around water. Its a little tight against the holster quick clip but did not restrict the ability to pull the pistol of the knife out of the holster/sheath. If, god forbid, I ever lost it, I would purchase the same knife again.

wrong knife

i love the knife except it is the wrong one. i did not order a modified pommel. i wanted to be able to break glass if needed. i did not want to send it back because i needed it now. but everything else is great.
