Workhorse

My first Esee, and it lives up to it's name. I put it through some paces (that always includes batoning, and it was like a little ax. It is trying awfully hard to be my favorite knife.

Awesome knife

Takes a great easy edge. Feels solid. Top quality sheath. Very well thought out ergonomics of sheath and knife. Sheath is best I've ever owned. Quite capable knife for camp craft, survival, edc.

Great knife and colors

A friend of mine has this same knife but in the desert color. And I really liked it on past backpacking trips we have done since. Another friend of mine had owned one as well and had actually told me these were great knives to own in the bush!!. Once I had seen the bright colored one I had to have it. I sometimes get paranoid that I'm gonna lose something while out in the backcountry. With this knife I feel that I have the best chance of that not happening. I haven't used it myself yet this year but I am looking forward to it. It's a very well built tool for all around outdoors activity. And once they had got the knife in stock I had it within 2 days. Great customer service!!!. Mark

ESEE-4

Bought this knife as a general camping/woodcraft knife. Like the colour, but probably not for all (comments suggest that)! Very sharp, good steel, thick blade. I think the handle is a little too small for such a blade, at least for my hands (a little big).
