Something special

I have owned and used this knife for more than eighteen months now and I must say that I have a strange sort of affection for this knife. It is kind of hard to explain. I have several other knifes (vox rold, A1, custom knives, ...) that fall in the same category as this blade and they all perform similar if not better. This doesn't mean that the knife is bad, far from it, but I cannot say it outperforms other quality blades. This being said, I find myself strangely drawn to my esee 6. It feels like a have a personal relationship with this knife that I just don't have with other knives. It feels great in hand and it inspires trust. If I had to choose one knife, this one would probably be it.
