If I could have only one.
I now have all three versions of the Izula. They are all great little knives. However, if I could own only one, the choice would be between this version and the stainless version because they are easier to clean. Based on cost I would choose the oxide coated version because I have 50 year old 1095 blades that are razor sharp and without a spot of rust. All they need is to be cleaned and oiled. However, I'm glad I didn't have to choose because I like all three and I've gotten pretty good at wrapping the handles with paracord.
