Slightly smaller than I expected which has the advantage of being easier to throw in with the rest of my gear when traveling. Quality and workmanship are good. A concealed compartment for cash or a small pistol would be a worthwhile addition but as is, it does the job and is an extremely useful part of my daily carry.
