What a great budget folder
I'm only giving the slightest negative because the scales are steel which is a little heavy but it's not that bad in pocket. And it's such a minimal complaint. I mainly looked this up to see that price creep has done to this once super cheap hidden gem and I'm glad to see as of writing this it's still under $50 and I hope it stays that way. The blade flips open from the frame lock, the frame lock holds positive, the pocket clip sets unobtrusive in the pocket, and the blade shape works great for the usual EDC tasks. And in an age of powder metallurgy steels I'm finding that good old 14C28N keeps ending up in my pocket because it's just so easy to keep sharp vs a steel that may stay sharp longer but then I need to take more time and diamond plates to get an equal edge. And those steels cost a lot more. Budget hidden gem for sure. If I ever lose this one or get silly and give it away I will for sure be back for another.
