Hi I work for HSM solutions here in Hickory, N.C. and use this knife for work trimming the hard top skins off of foam buns that we cut roll goods from knife stays sharp, have given a few away to other employees who like these as well but be careful they are sharp I carry a small touch up sharpener to keep razor sharp great work knife best I have used hands down.
