Pros: Weight, Blade Material, Sheath/Scabbard
Cons: Overall Quality, Finish, Blade Sharpness

Not RMJ’s usual quality.

I own three other fantastic RMJ knives. I love the products, I love the company. Hoping this is just a fluke. The sharpened edges are severely uneven. The edge bevels go from fat to thin to fat again on both sides. I know it’s more of a weapon than a cutting tool, but the edge should still be even and able to cut well. Not a huge deal but at this price I’d expect higher quality. There is some scuffing on one of the edges. The edges themselves are not RMJ’s usual sharpness, likely because of the uneven factory edge. The middle hole in the blade is comically off center, as if the knife was misaligned when the holes were drilled, extending off of the flat blade center and encroaching on the beveled part of the blade. The sheath is well made and nice and snug, as I prefer, some may think it’s too snug but I’ll take security over ease-of-draw any day. I love RMJ’s products, hoping this is just a one-time ‘whoops’. I’m strongly considering returning it and getting another RMJ Utsidihi.

Not up to Par

I own 12+ things from RMJ. Igor the dragonfly with serrated edge. It’s the least quality thing I own from RMJ
