great Modernized kukri
Only reason it's not 5 stars is the tip is a little thinner than I expected. But it's an RMJ product it'll hold up to some abuse, This thing was straight razor sharp out of the box. Chops great, does all the things a Kukri is meant to do, Great ergonomics, And the way the edge is ground makes it super easy to sharpen. it's easy to free hand sharpen as a scandi grind. The edge basically falls into place once laid on a stone. Balance and weight are just right, it's not as heavy as a lets say a "himalayan imports" type which are often closer to 3 pounds, but it's heavy enough to chop like an light axe. And in a CQC situation, this would take a limb off in one swing no probs. it's worth every cent I paid for it.
