Does not disappoint!
I am a big fan of these notebooks. I use them both at work (restaurant catering) and out on the trails. No matter how wet the pages get they don't go soggy or rip at all. I have been able to write on them after cooking oils and all other kinds of nasty crud dripped and splashed all over the pages. As long as you have a non-water based writing implement (I recommend a Fisher Space pen or good ol' sturdy pencil), you will always be able to take down important notes with these excellent notebooks.
