I like my Benchmade and ZT knives...but when I received my first RealSteel I had to rethink spending $150 or more just to get a higher grade blade steel. Other than the blade steel which is by no means a bad steel (14C28N) RealSteel and the E771Sea eagle is an outstanding knife. The carbon fiber handle scales and polished satin blade is absolutely stunning looking. The blade flips out quickly and smoothly, every bit as good as my $200 ZT flipper. I've been so impressed with RealSteel that I've purchased three other models and every one of them are excellent knives. I highly recommend Realsteel knives if you aren't hung up on blade steels like I was.
I bought this knife as an every day carry knife. It looks well made and was sharp out of the box. The blade is well centered and the knife has a good feel to it. I will be buying another knife from this company.
