These are perfect for facial hair as well

For close trimming of facial hair, these scissors are perfect. The blade and rounded tip are flat to lie close to the skin. They are sharp. too! I am so please with these I'm also going to purchase Rubis tweezers.

Very Fine Precision Product

Oddly enough, I bought these scissors to trim my poodle's eyelashes - most poodles have very fine eyelashes that can blow into their eyes very easily, causing crud to build up (probably to protect their eyeballs ?). Anyway, of a choice of three good products, I decided to try these, and they work very well. The smooth, rounded surface on the inside of the finger loops helps with my large fingers, which usually get abraded by small scissors. I can't think of anything bad to say, and they look good, too.

Pricey, but well worth it.

I said to my wife these are like driving a Mercedes. She knows how I get about quality products!!! There are so few things made this well these days. Think of the MagLite...it just is made well, looks good, and never lets you down. These are similar. These scissors smack of quality the minute you pick them up, are very sharp, and handle well. The rounded ends won't jab you -- no more ouch! Why fool around with putting batteries in one of those rotary nosehair trimmers that just grab you. Yuk. Get a pair and you will have them for the rest of your life. Swiss quality!!!!

Another well-made Swiss product

Used to clip long nasal hairs. Although a finely manufacture instrument, I found that it injured the linings of my nose just as easily as the cheaper products. The secret here is to NOT insert the points of the scissors inside of the nostrils.
