Sharpened to shaving sharp . Skinned a deer , and it’s still shaving sharp. Really held an edge…

A Nice Little Fixed Blade

Like to have a knife in my shop; having a knife in there within arms reach comes in handy quite often and I don't usually have a knife on me if I'm just puttering around the house or in the shop(s). I keep one in my other shop (I think it's been in there since 1954 when it was built by the previous home owner), but I don't like having to go there to get it when I need it. I'm that lazy. So I bought this for that purpose. I wanted something rustic looking, not too big, fixed blade, just a general purpose knife. This fits the bill nicely. It has nice cut-outs for your thumb and forefinger; quite comfortable to hold and use. As sharp as they come right out of the box and it the perfect size for most anything. Quite happy with it. Bonus: It comes with a really nice leather belt sheath. The retaining strap that holds the knife in comes off easily and that's nice for my usage. Should I want to use the strap at a later date, it'll go right back on, no problem. At $20, it's the least expensive knife I've bought, but it compares very well with more costly ones I own. One of the best bargains ever.
