Purchase #2

Bought the 1st one for brother in-law and this one is mine! Great product. Blade looks the same on both sides. Feels great and secure to hold. Kydex sheeth swivels in any direction. Simple peace of mind while hiking in the woods or anywhere in between.

The Underdog

Wow! Great product! Arrived on time and it was ready for battle! Very sharp and ready to go! I have large hands and this felt great to grip. Gave it to my brother in law who will be deployed as a contractor in an undisclosed location in the middle east. It was a birthday gift and I admit, I bought it for myself, but when he saw the blade, it blew him away! He will carry it on his flak jacket. I’m going to have to buy a couple more. Kydex sheeth swivels around for any direction grab. Cold Steel is over rated. Shrade is the underdog, but you will never fear walking down a dark alley ever again! Knife Center has some great underdog knives, but they promote them poorly. It’s not the best steel, but who cares when you are using it for a last ditch effort! Great piece of equipment here! Highly recommend.

One Sharp Deal.

Well made, sharp, and the sheath holds the knife securely, plus it's extremely durable. Knife positively "clicks" into place so you know it's secured in the sheath. The sheath can be rotated for vertical, or horizontal, carry and anywhere in between. 360 degree rotation. Clasp can be removed and you can loop your belt through the 2 slots too.

A Decent Knife For The Price!

This is a pretty good knife for what it is and its intended purpose. My only real complaint is the sheaths belt clip. It's a bit on the cheap side and it too easy to accidentally unclip. I removed it completely and put on a UltiClip Slim 3.3 for IWB concealed carry. If I were to want to carry this knife on my belt, I would still remove the clip and replace it with a Blade-Tech Tek-Lok.

Uncomfortable grip

More space is needed between the handle and blade for finger clearance.

A Descent Knife For The Price

This is a pretty good knife for what it is and its intended purpose. The blade is a bit thin, and it's Hollow ground, so this contributes to an even thinner blade, but I'm sure that it would perform quite well, regardless. My only real complaint is the sheaths belt clip. It's a bit on the cheap side and too easy to accidentally unclip. I removed it completely and put on an UltiClip Slim 3.3 for IWB concealed carry. If I were to want to carry this knife on my belt, I would install a Blade-Tech Tek-Lok. I also noticed that while drawing the knife from the sheath multiple times during practicing that the edges of the blade get dulled. I reasoned that this could only be a result of the type of material the sheath is made of. I believe it to be Fiberglass Reinforced Nylon (FRN). This is the same type of material that Cold Steel uses for there Secur-Ex sheaths. I also reasoned that this is not going to be an issue since the knife is intended for one purpose, and that purpose doesn't necessarily require razor sharp edges. I'm actually quite pleased that the sheath is made of such a durable material. Overall, I would definitely recommend this knife to anyone looking for a decent, budget-friendly push dagger.
