Best Pocket I've Ever Had

I love the size of this knife because i keep it in my pocket all the time and it's always great to have to open something. I love it. The only problem that encounter is that I forget that it's always with me and so I just don't remember to take it out of my pocket until I'm at the TSA check point and have to either go back out, find someway of shipping it back home to me; or surrender it to the TSA. So I always end up having to buy more of these great knives since it suits me so well.

Schrade Uncle Henry 2.2" Brown Bear Lockback Folder, Rosewood Handles

As a daily use for pretty much everything from opening packages to whittling this knife is prefect for the job. I'm a fan of the rosewood handle and the fact that the blade holds its edge longer than most pocket knives. Only down side is that there isn't a pocket clip.

I have seen knives made in China in the past that resembled this one that were definately low quality and priced cheap. This one bears resemblance but is a high quality little pocked knife. The blade is very secure, sharp and made of a good quality stainless steel. Usefull for opening packages, carefully cleaning ones nails and whatever use a small knife can serve. What it was designed for as a small blade lock back pocket knife it will do the job. It is up to the standard of SCHRADE knives just as they were originally made in the USA.

Bought Two

I bought two of this model a few months ago. One for me, one for my grand-nephew. We both are happy with them. Schrade makes ,"value" knives. My LB7 was made in 1977. I've had it since new He'll be getting an LB5 for his 17th B'day and an LB7 soon thereafter.

Disappointed

I purchased this knife to replace the one I lost years ago. I still had the sheath and wanted to fill it. The order was processed and shipped quickly. Unfortunately the package arrived damaged and the box was smashed. The knife appeared ok. After inspection, I feel the fit and finish is poor, the operation is stiff, and lacks the quality I expected. I understand this is a budget knife, but I have purchased similar items from other companies and this was by far the worst.
