Great value

Fit my 5" locking blade Mechanic/Rescue knife just fine. Great value for the price, especially as I only use/carry the knife occasionally for CERT activities.

Happy to find it...

Exactly what I was looking for in the right size. Bought two for S&W folding knives at 4-1/2" closed. Can't find these just anywhere and the price was right. Good fit, right material, and fits any belt. Very Happy with purchase.

High quality to Price Ratio

Double stitching appears to be used on both the vertical and horizontal carry loops. After removing the belt clip, my Kershaw Freefall folder (closed length: 4.25 in) fits comfortably in the pouch with about 3/4 inches to spare. That means that the advertised five inch inside length should be accurate. So happy with the purchase I have ordered more for backups, or to give to family and friends.

Good product

My Columbia River 7904KN Hammond Cruiser Folding 3.75" fits perfect in it. So far it holds pretty well. Very durable material. You can hang it on your belt or just throw it in you bag.

For 4.5-5"

I have a number of different folders that I alternate for EDC. The nylon factory sheaths that come with some of my folders don't last too long for EDC, and I don't use leather as most of my belt ensemble is nylon. Selection of economical nylon sheaths in size 4.5-5" is limited. This is a decent quality product at a affordable price. The nylon material is adequate if a little on the light side. Stitching is single, again adequate for non-heavy duty use. The belt loop configuration allows for both verticle and horizontal carry. The range of knife lengths that fit in the sheath is more dictated by the depth of the sheath and the velcro area available for attachment. I could fit more different sizes if the velcro extended further. The material is too light and flexible and acts more like cloth or fabric. It sometimes impedes drawing and definitely is a problem when re-sheathing as the material bunches. Sometimes this makes re-sheathing a two hand operation. I don't expect this item to last, but I don't expect any nylon sheath to last. So for the price and availability I'll use this product until it wears out and get another and use that one until it wears out and so on.
