You gotta learn to love it
I've had this knife for over a year now. When I take it out of the storage case and put it in my pocket I can't believe I ever put it away! It feels great in my hand and it is very fidget friendly - I can open it 6 or 7 different ways. It closes with a snap. When I first got it and was learning how to open it I dropped it and chipped the blade - but it was pretty easy to sharpen. I like it so much I got the one with the walnut handles for myself for fathers day.

Near perfect
The build quality on this knife is solid. The scales are even, clean and well molded. The grind on the blade is precise. The action is silky smooth. It fits my large to extra large hand nicely. It is too big and feels ungainly to the spouse, who wears a small glove. It was nice and sharp right out of the box. I only have two gripes about the design. The pins to engage the ABEL lock are very low profile and the tips are a bit narrow, so getting a grip one handed can be a bit fussy. I wish that they were rounder and sat a little prouder from the grip scales. The spring is strong, which is great, but it makes folding harder than it needs to be. The pocket clip isn't great. The combination of how tight it is and the texture on the grip makes it difficult to slide onto the hem of your pocket. I tried it with both mil-spec bdus and jeans. You can get it on there, but you won't look cool doing it! This is a truly wonderful knife. I hope that they continue to refine the design and take feedback into account, as I think it could go from wonderful to stellar with only a few tweaks.

Awesome Knife
This is the first knife that I’ve owned by Hogue and I’ve heard many great things about Hogue knives. The blade came extremely sharp, smooth action and centering is on point right out of the box. However, my only complaint with this particular knife is the milling of the polymer handle where the choke hold is and especially the under belly of the grip. It is extremely sharp on the hand. I find it painful to just slightly grip the handle at times when doing certain task and fidgeting. I even worry that I might cut myself if I grip on the handle too hard. This is the only reason why I did not give it a 5 star. Otherwise, this would be my to go tactical/edc knife.

Almost Great
First of all I am no knife expert by far. Great grip. I bought the K320 to go with my Sig 365. Easy to open and close. Sharp out of box until I used it on cloth material on wood. Blade won't even cut paper. Tried to put an on the blade and still won't cut paper. I left a question for Knife Center about blade and never heard back. What is the blade 30 or 40 degree.

Poor quality
The threading for the clip spins in the handle with the screw. Don't be fooled by the various different mounting points for the pocket clip as it would be best to not touch it unless you want to make the knife useless in one foul swoop. This seems like a really obvious design flaw, a circular piece of metal stuck in some plastic, but it was overlooked here.
