A Good Light
This is an excellent EDC light that I have carried for several years. Great for work and around the house. Always handy in the pocket. At work there many dimly lit areas which this lights up well. Having the two levels of illumination is great as the high setting can cause glare during close work, not to mention extending battery life. It will let you know when the CR123 battery needs to be replaced as the brightness of the high setting matches the low one. The clip is why I did not rate the flashlight a 5. The good point about the clip is it attaches to a brim of my hat. It's down fall is there have been many times the light has come loose from my pocket edge and most of the time it has fallen into the pocket BUT the hunt has been on several times when it did not! Most of the time it has been caught by the seatbelt in the car. The support from Streamlight has been excellent! The first one I had, the lens got cracked after about a year and a half of ownership and Streamlight replaced it quickly with no questions asked!
