I bought this to resharpen my dull kitchen knives, the use it's very simple and immediate, the rotation of the sharpening wheel is not super fast and you don't have to put too much pressure on it since the motor is not very powerful, it has worked fine for my knives just take some times to do the task but it's ok. The only cons is about the shape of the sharpening wheel that has a different diameters that sticks out in the center part and you might end touching it while sharpening risking to ruin the job done (it's hard to explain how it is). I would reccomend this as a normal tool for not too much demanding user. But you'll get your knives sharp again and that is what we all want at the end.
