Excellent Evolution of the Kukri Blade!

This knife is true to the Kukri form and execution. It has the heft to be an effective hacking and slashing weapon/ tool. The center of gravity is to the center of the blade, instead of focused on the handle.

My Third Harsey Professional Knife!

A fine chopper, bushcrafter, and survival knife; use your imaginarion, and it can do lt all! (But really excels at chopping, so leave your axe at home and bring the nessmuk along, too! A two-knife pairing that can't be beat!) Great ergos; superb handles; sharp-out-of-the-box blade; neat sheath! Highly Recommended!

Goldilocks Kukri

This is my favorite, go-to kukri. I own most of them - Cold Steel, Fox, Condor, Nepalese-made, etc. They were all ok, but they just didn’t quite have everything I wanted in a kukri. This Spartan-Harsey Kukri has it all. Optimum kukri blade geometry, superb grip, excellent sheath; not too big, not too small, not too thick, not too thin. Everything about it seems to be just right. Highly recommended, would buy again, but I doubt I’ll have to, unless I lose it.

Great for cutting brush

Had it out to cut brush and kudzu. Perfect for that. A machete would be too big in this case. This is perfect.

Spartan Kikri

I needed a Kukri for my fixed blade collection. I had seen a few videos on this blade and they were all good reviews.I bought it and received it yesterday .When i uunsheaathed it all the videos did not do it justice. This is one really good blade imo.It will chop ,but still manage feathersticks, but it's not really for it Good blade good companies .The people at Knifecentet are just the best .

This blade is one bad mutha...

It's so cool that I almost want to paint it purple, give it a gold hilt, and present it to Mr. Samuel L.Jackson himself. Recently received it. And I will usually take a tool on a camping trip and thump it at least a little before writing a review. But this knife is exceptional, so I wanted to tell somebody about it. It's on the hefty side, but feels great. And it came with perhaps the sharpest edge out of a box that I've ever gotten. The sheath is secure too. Of course there's a slight rattle due to the shape of the blade, but retention is good thanks to the clever thumb-ramp-lock thing (which is extremely easy to disengage during the motion of pulling it out). The sheath also has a slight opening at the bottom to act as a drain. My one slight gripe is all the velcro inside the belt loop. But that's easy enough to overlook with everything else this knife has going on. Overall, an excellent package at a good value. I have zero doubt that it will out-perform and probably outlast the Kukri House blade I got some years ago. If you really want a kukri, just pull the trigger and get this one.

my biggest knife

I'm glad i bought this. it has heft and it looks thick. i don't know how combat works but somehow i don't think this is great for stabbing, however due to the kukri style it is very maneuverable in the hand and feels like a balanced knife. the sheath feels durable and is a natural motion to unsheathe. it is everything i hoped it would be and god bless us all no undeployed person should need to use anything like this

Poor grind

Blade grind at the tip of the blade is noticeably off.not wants expected from made in usa.real off.just bought 2 blades from cold steel lite series.under $30.grinds.are perfect.expexct greater quality control from Spartan.cokdcsteel does it right all the time.
