Pros: Weight, Handle Material, Blade Material, Blade Sharpness
Cons: Lock Ease of Use, Pocket Clip
Light weight, cheap construction, perfect beater
The first thing that struck me about this knife is how light it is. That made me look at the construction. There is no metal in it other than the blade and screws to hold it together. For me this was a plus, I was looking for a cheap every day carry that didn't have trash steel. That is exactly what this is. You get a solid XHP steel blade and all the bits to hold it together. That being said the action is not smooth at all. Which I wouldn't expect it to be since it is a bronze washer system. I am sure this will break in over time, but as of now it only flips halfway and must be opened the rest of the way by hand. The lock is terribly gritty, which is probably the biggest problem I have with the knife. The clip is a bit stiff in my opinion. Overall I like it and think it is very reasonably priced as long as you have accurate expectations.
