A step up
I think this is my 3rd or 4th SOG. I was pleasantly surprised with this one. It was on sale for 50% off so I got it from one of those high end sports stores. I’m glad I did. The blade is tool steel which is great for every day use. For a few years, I switched between this and an another knife that’s twice the retail (not what I paid). This one out performs the other. But you know how it goes, when you spend a lot of money on a knife, you feel obligated to carry it. Not this one. This knife is stress free and a fun flicker. The handle is probably one of SOGs best. The pocket clip is high, but not an issue for me and the work I do. Just a good all around performer.
