There are so many good things I can say about SOG, from the Special SOG gearing that increases the pressure on the Cutting blade and the Pliers, to the cover over the handle that keeps your hands from getting hurt when you exert pressure on the handle. One handed opening. to great tool selection. I have three member of my family in the service and deployed overseas. I have given each of them a SOG. I know the history well, I was a member of MACV-SOG Maritime. during my second tour of Nam. Wish we would have had a tool like this back in those days. Keep up the great work, you build and design the best, heads and shoulder above the competition. I broke the Pliers end off a GERBER Tool several years ago the first time I used it. I was working in Mongolia installing a communications system in the middle of no where. When I got back Gerber refused to honor the warranty, despite the fact you could clearly see the black spot where it broke. It was from poor quality metal (impurity) used when the part was poured into the mold. Never bought another Gerber after that.Then I discovered SOG. It was so much better than the GERBER or the Leatherman (I have had several of these tools as well). Sog is the best.
