This is only my second multitool. The multitool I can compare it to is a ten year old leatherman and you can feel the difference when you grip the S.O.G. B66 in your hand that ten years of engineering and technology makes. S.O.G. uses a technology called "Compound Leverage Assisted Technology or C.L.A.T." that feels very comfortable in your hand when cutting wire or gripping the needle nose pliers while also permiting for a more controlled application of torque and leverage. Its curious that you can feel a vague similarity in the older leatherman after alot of use it gets a bit squishy in the handle, the difference is your not feeling the precision engineering deliberately designed into the tool to make it better. The B66 multitool also features two saftey button lockable and assisted open blades, screwdrivers, file, etc. including a SOG V-Cut tool. I opted for the black multitool with the black nylon belt holder. A knife is good to have, but you need a multitool and this one has got to be one of the better ones out there. Peace Dave
