Cons: Sheath/Scabbard

Another SOG Win!

I use this knife for everything you can imagine. I have owned this knife for a year. It has aided me while clearing land, and has aided me on the job. The swept belly of the blade takes a fine edge and holds it well. The handle is comfortable and provides a great grip. If you are looking for an inexpensive knife that is great for utility use, look no further. I highly recommend it!

Cons: Blade Sharpness, Handle Material

It is OK….. decent for price

Dulls fast but also sharpens fast…. Doesn’t take a great edge though. Feels cheap because it is. Seems like a decent knife for a teen or someone just looking for a cheap extra knife to throw in a camping bag. We actually kept ours in a kitchen drawer for a few years and just used as an extra kitchen utility knife. I paid a lot less than $30 when I bought it years ago. For $30 I would buy a Mora knife (or two) these days before this one. Heck, for another $10 - $15 you could get a cold steel SRK. I think this knife is over price now. Handle is hard plastic (not rubber). It is a little small for large hands but OK for a person with small hands. Sheath is OK…. Much better than cheap nylon… More of a sheath for a knife you throw in a bag or keep in drawer. Not a great belt sheath. If it were $15 or less I would rate it a 5. Hasn’t shown any signs of rust or blade issues…. So that is good.
