Very nice addition to a bug out bag .

As usual the quality is all up to SOG's high standards . This will serve a home gardener well with the duties around the backyard garden or vegetable plot . Weight is good , balance is good also . All around a very good addition to anyone who needs a knife with a little more cutting ability then average grade utility knives offer . An excellent addition to any collection . Ready to use , not just a display model.

Great Blade!

This was a great blade. The only problems I have is that my hand slips a little bit when chopping and the blade was slightly bent out of the box, but otherwise best blade I've ever had!

Great blade

Great knife/machete. i bought it as a starter blade for my bushcraft kit and it did not disappoint at all. the nylon scabbard is tough and great quality. came out of the box wicked sharp. has no problem cutting through bush and thick limbs on trees. the only issues i have and they are small is i wrapped the handle in paracord for extra grip and id prefer if the blade was a little thicker. but apart from that, excellent value for money

Garbage

Don’t use sheath is awful the blade is sharp but subpar especially with the sawback just get a foldable saw and a Kabar combat kukri or Ontario kukri. It’s a better budget option and will serve you a lot better.
