Medium sized powerhouse

My objective is to inform what works well with this tool along with those considerations that don't work as well or that you may wish to think more on. I received the PowerLitre about 4 weeks ago now and have been putting each of its tools to the test. Let me begin by sharing that this is neither a full-size multi-tool, nor is it a micro multi-tool [i.e. Leatherman Style, Micra, etc.] Yet, despite it being medium-sized it is still easy to carry deep in your pocket or you can utilize its pocket clip if you prefer. It's capable of some full-sized tasks. The largest, and in my opinion most creative, is the corkscrew and lever for opening wine bottles. I had very little confidence that this combination would work but it did! [This tool is half paid for itself in the savings from purchasing those plastic convenience store openers I always manage to break while vacationing.] The action of the PowerLitre is extremely smooth to open allowing me to utilize the pliers quite easily with one hand. I like the genius involved with the tool locking system. To unlock a fully engaged tool such as the knife, you push down on either side of the tool housing you are working from. This applies to the knife, awl, flat screwdriver, package opener, can opener, Phillips screwdriver, bottle-opener, and scissors. And, all of these tools performed my function tests as well. I should also mention that the knife blade measures an acceptable 2". I also like the magnetic bit holder and it functioned very well for me although one should note there are no bits included. [SOG missed the boat by not including a small Cordura pocket sheath with 4 or 5 elastic slots on the side for various bits!] Finally, I will share why I rated this 4 stars despite liking it so well. My reasons for withholding one star: there are a couple of minor pinch points one will quickly learn, the two included screwdriver tools are so small I couldn't find anything to test them with, and PowerLitre in black finish really shows pocket dust/lint. In summary, this medium-sized multi-tool has now become my favorite EDC tool.
