Not bad.
This looks like a good hawk. It might be a tad on the small side for most people so measure it out and look at it carefully before you order, but I like smaller and lighter. The 'full tang' feature is excellent, the handle seems solid and SOG hawk heads in the past have been bullet proof for me (my third one) and this doesn't look any different. The ferro rod is a great feature, I just wonder why it is soooo small in diameter, 5/32"! I guess that's a good size for 2 or 3 emergencies though. Now I'm going to beat the crap out of mine to see how it holds up, that's the only way you are going to be able to tell how good it is. The good news? At $44 dollars its hard to go wrong with a full tang, ferro rod, multiple feature survival tomahawk with this pedigree!
