Ok, I could not stop. I had to own all of the Endura color blades. It is a sickness I tell you. There is nothing I can add to the Endura story line here. Great blades for a great price through Knife Center. You cannot go wrong with either a Delica or Endura. They both have their place in EDC.
This is a great knife!!! Very sharp blade out of the box, no blade play, smooth opening and strong lock up!!! The handle color is awesome too!!! The Delica 4 is my EDC blade but I like having the larger Endura with me for hiking, fishing etc.. I highly recommend this knife!!
This knife is everything Spyderco promise it is. It has solid lockup with no hint of a wiggle at all, a very smooth opening (the smoothest of any of my knives) and the flat ground gives a very scary sharp cutting edge (and I do mean scary!). The blade shape is a little different for Spyderco, and I prefer it for this reason. The Purple scales are great, very grippy, and the shape of them keeps you away from the blade. Nice jimping (on the top of the scales and back of the blade) also helps with this. Finally, the skeletonised liners keep the knife very light and well balanced in your hand. For me, a bit big for EDC but YMMV! When I do carry it, I find that the shape of the Spyderco clip works well to help extraction from the pocket and I like the default tip up carry orientation. All in all a great knife.
I love this knife so much, that I have the blue, purple, and orange Enduras. Have plans on getting the green, grey, and the brown ones as well. Love the size-to-weight ratio, (very light and strong in relation to the size). Easy one handed open and close operation. Of course, razor sharp.......I'll just sum it up stating the obvious, and that is, that Spyderco makes the best production knife out there for the money,,,Bar none!
Silky smooth action and the factory edge is sharper than the devil himself. I can’t find any real issues so this will be in my pocket most days I think. Oh, the multi directional scales on the handle make for a very secure grip.
