Top tier spyderco
Every knife I own out of the Taichung factory has been flawless and this is no exception. Blade came extremely sharp, was perfectly centered, has no blade play, and the lockup is great. Weighs very little and disappears in the pocket. The hollow carbon fiber handles are slightly grippy (if you own the siren s90v sprint it’s very similar) and the button lock doesn’t stick out too far. Have always been skeptical of the “button lock” design after breaking a Kizer button lock but this has a button activated compression lock just like a pm2.

This Sprint Run captures all of the best Spyderco pocket knife features in one package. The Solid Carbon Fiber scales are awesome because of the texture, light weight, and aesthetics. The Sage 6 button is a significant improvement over the Sage 5, hence the new number. The CPM S90V is wicked-sharp out of the box. Lastly, the fit and finish of this Taichung, Taiwan manufacturer is second-to-none. It's flawless.

This knife is AWESOME! It is full Solid Carbon fiber not peel-ply.
S90V and Full Solid Carbon fiber scales, NOT peel-ply btw. (Spyderco states it on there website for this version) also a button actuated compression lock. Yup take my money lol

Amazing quality
Wow amazing! This knife has displaced all others as my first choice in my EDC. Congrats to the Taiwan Spyderco extended team, and thank you! I had heard several YouTubers describe their positive experience and impressions with the Taiwan teams production quality. I honestly didn’t believe it until I took delivery of the sage 6. The S90 blade is incredibly sharp out of the box (scalpel sharp) and retains its edge. The carbon fiber scales feel so good in hand, and the double detent ball bearing is awesome! Thx Sal & Eric! The wire clip is too cheap for this beauty.

Essentially perfect!
Hard to find a fault or problem with this knife, it's just perfect. Taichung Spyderco fit and finish is phenomenal, it is easy to deploy, fun to use, and sharper than all heck! I don't mind the extra detent ball even a little bit, either tbh, it is easy to live with!

This lives up to the hype!
This has become my daily driver, I have horses so I use a knife all through out the day and so far this blade has held up great. No chipping with the S90V and I honestly abuse the knife a bit and was worried about chipping but so far so good. Edge retention is really good, I have sharpened it once since arrival but really only a touch up and a little more of a mirror edge. The button compression lock works great and action is smooth as silk after break in.
