This knife came perfect right out of the box. Smooth opening with solid lock-up. The knife feels good in the hand with a nice finger choil, which is especially good for big hands. The G-10 is grippy and the blade cuts well. Lightweight and balanced, this is the perfect lil’ knife!

Another Win From Spyderco
This is a great small knife. Like everything I've ordered from Spyderco, it arrived shaving sharp out of the box. It was stiff for a few days, but a drop of oil on the pivot had it easily opening and closing with one hand. That said, this is not a fidgety knife, it's best opened pushing on the hole rather than flipping it. For a knife this sized, I find I prefer that. The G-10 handles feel great, they're very solid, and using the finger choil, I can easily get a four-fingered grip. Also, this is not a thin knife - it fills the hand. I love the pocket clip, this is my first knife with a wire clip and I'm a fan. At first I wasn't sure about a compression lock on a knife this size and it doesn't have the same intuitive feel as on my PM-2, but it does work well and feels very secure. Overall, a great little workhorse that's solidly built.

Great Looking Knife
I purchased a Lil Native back lock some time ago and found that it was what spent the most time in my pocket. Perfect size, great steel, great design, easy one handed operation. All of those things hold true with this compression lock version, and it looks very nice with all the black. As with all of my knives, it was sharp on delivery, but a few passes on the Spyderco sharpener and it is scary hair popping sharp. Looking forward to my new favorite EDC!
