Chief in my Kitchen
This knife is used in food prep. Perfect size for general usage. That is not paring, for which I use a Native. Great slicer, very light, sits well in my hand, and I do not worry about rust. It fits into my daily food handling. Retired my knife block and various other kitchen knifes in an effort to down size. The Chief and the Native are now my every day kitchen tools. For big items I use Chinese cleavers. Removed the pocket clips since the knives are only used on my cutting boards.
