Great value, hefty, slim, and good ergonomics
The UpTern is a hefty little stainless steel knife with very solid lockup and wonderful ergonomics. The value of this knife is fantastic, but I do not like the pocket clip and jimping. The pocket clip comes tip up, but you can orient it tip up or down for right or left-hand carry. The problem is that the sharp jimping catches on your pocket going in or going out (depending on your carry preference). Remove the pocket clip, it feels much better in-hand (my hands are big), and get a slip. Easy 4/5. Upgrade the steel, smooth out the gimping, and it's 5/5.
