Durable curved sharpener
These are hefty and durable with a rather coarse grit on arrival. Have not used yet, maybe they smooth out with use. I will try it on a machete or very rough blade first just to break it in. I have read that light pressure is best for all uses; almost no pressure, just glide it. The broad curve is rather wide radius. The narrow edges are fully coated and usable with a small radius that should fit certain serrations. About one inch of one end is uncoated metal. I intend to use handheld at first rather than the holder. I wanted a rugged curved sharpener and this is it for more than one lifetime.
