My Duty Knife

I keep this in my turnout gear. It's rustproof, sturdy and the spydie edge makes cutting seatbelts a one stroke move. Perfect for EDC or for the guy that just needs a reliable piece that he doesn't need to think about. Very lightweight. Highly recommended.

angry at this

i am extremely angry at this product because it is so good at meeting all my needs and expectations that i have no reason to buy another spyderco. especially when i bought the matching bigger brother. my only complaint on this is the grip texture. it is beautiful and very grippy but 99% of the time i use this and all other knives iss with the standard grip which means the friction area that i need the most texture is the top and bottom edge of the handle. and the handle on this knife has smooth non textured handle edges. i also would have preferred jimping on the entire top of the blade as i use this in wet environment and vary my handling of the blade quite a bit and find that jimping along the entire top edge of the blade would make handling it during chores in wet and slippery environments more manageable. i bought this blade days after it became available and there is NO rust on any metal part of the knife ZERO rust!
