A good serrated belt knife, not really a 'pocket' knife
I've always been looking for a Spyderco serrated fixed blade 'pocket' knife i.e. a knife that fits in your pocket without the handle sticking out too much (or at all), so it's discreet. Spyderco serrations are awesome, and I prefer fixed blade over folding personally. Other serrateds I have are a folding Endura, fixed enuff sheepsfoot, and aqua salt. The original enuff serrated sheepsfoot feels a little too thick, and it doesn't have a point, but fits in pocket well. The aqua salt is thin enough (but still sturdy), but just a little too long for a pocket. I even sent an email to Spyderco last year asking them to make an aqua salt with just a slightly shorter blade. So I was happy to see the enuff 2 made this year, it seemed like it would be what I was looking for. Handle wise the enuff series handle is slightly shorter than the aqua salt, both comfortable. But- it's still not the right length to be a 'pocket' knife. The butt sticks out not much shorter than an aqua salt i.e. The enuff 2 is too long to fit in your pocket. So I'm not sure what niche this knife is meant to fill? As if I want to carry a belt mounted Spyderco serrated knife it's actually cheaper to carry an aqua salt. That's its direct competitor. Overall it's a really nice knife and the serrations cut rope like butter, but if you already have an aqua salt there's no reason to buy an enuff 2. (I just wish this enuff 2 or an aqua salt was slightly shorter).
