Perfect Dive Knife
I have about 100 dives with this knife and it is good as new. I use zip ties to attach the sheath to the left side of my Dive Rite backplate and wing BCD (I am right handed). I carry additional cutters depending on the dive (e.g., none if I am in a cenote - The Pit). I like the serrated blade for cutting rope (fishing nets), but I use titanium shears for monofilament fishing nets. The blade is thick and can be used as a pry bar if necessary. The ergos are great with and without gloves. I attach a 4mm bungee shock cord as a lanyard with a nylon cord lock. I can adjust the size of the lanyard with the cord lock when the lanyard is on my wrist with or without gloves. The lanyard is also used to loop under the bottom of the sheath to prevent the knife from accidently coming out of the sheath. Great knife. Great size. Great value. Trusted tool.
