Very good kitchen performer
This K04SBK Spyderco knife is fabulous! I use it for slicing veggies as well as cold cuts and meat products. It also fillets very well. The serrated edge is so sharp, that it does not "crush" whatever you are slicing like most plain edge knives have a tendency to do. The product description did not mention it, but it is an excellent bread cutter.

Decent Knife
I've used the knife for only a week or two. It is certainly sharp and cuts fine. I like serrated knives, as this one is, because parts of the knife edge are protected from the dulling impact when the knife hits the cutting board or other surface you are cutting on. At 6.5 inches, this knife is not quite long enough to cut a head of iceberg lettuce comfortably. I was hoping it would, so that I could replace another, longer, knife I had been using to make salads (the longer knife is harder to use on finer work, like cutting tomatoes, and it's a pain to use 2 knives). Not really the fault of the knife, but I found it difficult to find a 7 or 7.5" knife blade, which might be perfect for the salad cutting. I would also have preferred that the blade were not as tall, so that it would be a little more maneuverable in certain cutting situations (like cutting the top/core out of a tomato). So this knife has not fully satisfied the main reason I bought it. Anyway, still a good knife.

Disappointed
Love spyderco products. Just pretty disappointed in this knife. Purchased 2pcs of the serrated edge to use in the kitchen. Although the knife is very sharp. The handle is too small for an average size male hand. Also, the knife feels very light. I prefer a more substantial feeling when working with my knife. Also, the strangest characteristic is that while slicing onions or apples the blade slants a bit not allowing me to cut even slices. Won't return them. But they are not my go to knives
