Perfect kitchen knife

My EDC is a Spyderco Delica 4 combo blade and I recently joked that I use it to slice tomatoes and apples more than anything else and that I should get one to keep in the kitchen because it produced thinner, nicer slices than my other knives. My boyfriend pointed out the Spyderco kitchen knives and I couldn't wait to try them. With the longer blade on this knife it was even easier to use and I got the same great precision cuts. As soon as I unpacked my order I sliced an apple into thin crisp slices and the knife just glided through the task effortlessly- it felt great in my hand and was incredibly sharp right out of the box. This is a great knife and I highly recommend it.

THANK YOU SPYDERCO !

This has got to be the sharpest kitchen knife I've ever bought. The handle is comfortable and makes using the knife a pleasure. For $25 you can't beat it. Will be looking at some of their other kitchen knives in the future. I shouldn't be surprised since I own quite a few of their folding knives, and have always been completely satisfied. Thanks again Spyderco, for another great product and thanks to Knife Center for their as usual great service.

Great knife for daily use

The new Spyderco paring knife is slightly larger than the usual paring knife, but very handy and still useful for fine cutting tasks. It comes very sharp and is easy to sharpen. I was a bit concerned about the ridges in the plastic handle being a place for crud to collect, but they are really large enough to clean easily and keep clean. We are very happy with this knife

Love these blades

I've been a long time spyderco fan but never had anything from the kitchen line. I got both the 4 and 6 inch for my mother for her birthday. She loves them. They came razor sharp and have great ergonomics. These are next on my list of spydies.
