Good light duty knife

This is great for all your small tasks for the kitchen. It is very thin and does bend pretty easy so you won’t be able to do certain tasks. I use it for s living bread and fruit. Still slices even when dull and is easy to touch up.

Straddling A Fence

I purchased this some months back. I got one with a yellow handle. I don't even see that one offered any more. I may have done a review on that. I did not pay too much attention to the specs. This knife is VERY thin.It easily flexes to about 30 degrees. It came sharp and became even sharper when introduced to the SSM. It's great to filet mangoes and to do small jobs. If you want a small flimsy knife for small jobs, this is it. If you want a bit of sturdiness, then get one with thicker blade stock. I am not unhappy with this purchase.
