Excellent Kitchen Knife
Very knice knife. I was surprised how useful the feet on the handle have been - keeps it handy and ready for use, and helps protect the sharp edge. After daily use for about six weeks the blade has held up well. I especially like the thin blade. The handle is comfortable and the angle of the blade to the handle is good for peeling and for cutting board tasks. I am ordering another one today.
