Pros: Blade Material, Blade Sharpness, Ease of Opening, Handle Feel, Handle Material, Lock Ease of Use, Lock Type, Overall Quality, Pocket Clip, Sheath, Weight
Cons: None

Excellent Quality for Price. Especially if Advertised HRC is Correct.

Blade came very sharp with a pretty clean edge, has no lock stick, nice action that drops shut, and deploys smooth. Ergonomics are nice, no sharp corners or obtuse angles, I can get a nice four finger grip and choke up near the blade if needed. Micarta has a comfortable feel, it is a bit darker than the display picture (more of a brownish orange). Probably the BEST feature of this knife is how light it is for its size and construction. The proposed HRC is 61-63 which I'm hoping is correct, if so, those are amazing numbers for this price. The ONLY cons I can give this knife is the pocket clip. Due to the way it sits in the bottom notches, it just has a little bit of side to side play, but its quite negligible. The other con being: I wish the fuller that it has was a bit more exposed to allow a reverse flick deployment. But again its not too big of an issue.
