I used my SteriPen Ultra on a four week holiday through Sub-Saharan Africa. Whenever I had access to clear tap-water, I filled my water bottles and sterilised them with the SteriPen. Way easier and faster than boiling water (and that's assuming you have a kettle and electricity), cheaper and easier to carry than buying five bottles a day. The USB charging is great, as every device I took charges via USB (phone, tablet, camera, SteriPen) and my USB battery pack meant it never went flat. Four weeks drinking African tap water, and I never got sick. :) I would definitely recommend this to anyone!
