Great all around
When it arrives, the presentation and quality sheath kicks things off in the right direction. It's good, solid, course weaved material that will last. The handle/grip is a great balance of supple grippiness and sturdy plastic. I kind of wish that it was just a little bit longer to allow for a partial second hand hold, but it works. The blade is presharpened and ready to go, which I feel is very rare. It surprised me. Anyways, the blade isn't heavy, but it isn't light either. I find myself right in between loving the weight and wishing it was just a little bit lighter. Again, I'll take its sturdiness over lightweight, low quality blades anyway. I love the looks, being modern and functional, with balanced elegance. Overall, this is very, very nice, especially for the money. I'm just shy of loving it, but can't exactly put my finger on why.
