Still great, 3 years in

Got my Diamici about 3 years ago with wood (I think) inlays and marble carbon fiber inlays and a San Mai damascus blade. Disappears in the pocket, can't notice it's there. Perfect EDC size, blade shape and just a fun, snappy tool.

but... now I'm in LOVE again!

I want to retract my original review. Beggknives.com contacted me and offered to replace the pocket clip. However, with a T6 torx bit, the clip was easily removed and repositioned back to perfect. I feel bad and my review was not justified.. This knife is now my Every Day Companion and the overall design is perfect for me. Most impressive is how there is absolutely no play with the blade between the scales. Very sold construction and effortless blade deployment. I've learned that Begg is known for higher-end knives but this knife is super "high-end" for me. I've shown my Diamici to some knife snob friends and they can't believe this knife is at this price point. One friend just upped me and got the damascus version with the green G10 inlay. My next knife purchase will be the BEGGS GENTALMANS KWAIKEN with the rose dyed birch inlays and I'm afraid I might get caught cheating on my newest LOVE (Diamici)...

I love it, but...

This knife is well constructed. Perfect lines and shape. Feels solid and opens like butter. Unfortunately, the pocket clip on this knife will stick in your pocket. Within the first week I bent the pocket clip without a remedy from Beggs. I'm hopeful it can be bent back and perhaps formed where it won't stick in my pocket. I love it, but would not made this decision if I would have known about the function of the pocket clip.
