Justan update on this knife. Last time I mentioned that it was not sharp. Now I know that it will not hold an edge. Using the same edge angle i am able to sharpen it on one side and when I go to remove the burr on the other side the steel folds over and you are not able to get it sharp. I made an attempt to strop the blade after getting in close and the edge folded over again. Not sure what kind of steel is in this blade but it is very soft
