This is not a small knife....

To start.... this knife is massive. I have the Coldsteel AD-10 and somehow it feels small compared to the bombur. The build quality and tolerances are insane. I have done 3 things to this knife since buying it. 1. Tightened the blade. Opens smooth as can be but came open in my pocket 2. Profiled the handles with a file. Very comfortable but blocky and sharp edges 3. Sharpening. It was pretty sharp right of the box, but who doesn't like a sharp knife to be sharper? Over all but the knife. If you want a overbuilt knife with out the cost.... then the bombur is the one for you

You actually could simply walk into Mordor..... If you had this knis

First off, this knife is a monster of a knife... whatever pictures you have seen will not do it justice. Secondly.... For being a Chinese company, the fit and finish of this knife is amazing, I have a lot of knifes, and i have given even more away. this is the first knife that i had to tighten down due to the fact of how easy it opens, not a bad thing but buyer beware.... (I found out how easily it opens when it opened in my pocket) The only complaint, and it might not even bother most people, but the edges of the handle are very sharp, close to uncomfortable with a tight grip. I solved this by buying some diamond files and rounding off the edges, and now its perfect! Good Hunting

This is a massive knife blade. Not in length but in the width of the blade. This is a very thick blade, simply massive.
