Hefty...

This knife is very substantial. There's plenty of meat to the blade but the handle is comfortable and makes it easy to use. It came very sharp out of the box (or bag, since it's a TOPS). The finish is excellent. The false edge is radiused very nicely where it transitions back to the spine and the finish of the false edge show meticulous attention to detail. I love the 5160 steel and highly recommend this knife. If you need a hefty knife that take a beating, this is a great option.

GREAT BLADE

I have owned the B.E.S.T. knife for about a year or so. I have nothing but high praise for the knife. Blade is very strong and holds a razors edge. It has never failed me. The only reason I gave it a 3 is because of the sheath. The nylon sheath is just about the cheapest excuse I have ever seen. The straps for holding the knife in the sheath are thin hook & loop closures that fell off my sheath within a few months. The sheath itself is nothing more than a nylon bag with a cheap plastic sleeve inserted. Before you drop this much on a blade, make sure you can find a good sheath.
