Best 3.5-4" fixed blade ever. Just buy one.

After 40 years carrying, using, co-designing a broad variety of great blades by blade masters such as Phil Hartsfield, Bladerigger, RJ Martin, Dedyukhin & others over 40 years I can now say the TOPS Tanimboka is arguably the most useful, easy in the hand, versatile knife I can imagine for its approx 3.5-4" size & design intent. This blade fits so, so easily in the hand, every square inch of the knife of it can be used, adapted to almost any basic task with ease. In a world of kydex I now prefer leather or kydex/leather sheaths to keep them quiet. The sheath for this knife is absolutely perfect and very well made from excellent leather. The Tanimboka is simple, works equally well with ANY hand grip, the 1095 steel excellent, easy to sharpen and the grind just wonderful to use. One can baton  this knife or perform minor fine/surgerical tasks & can prepare slice/food with ease. The round bow-divets sin the handle double as a thumb reference for quickly deploying reverse or forward grips. Just a brilliant, brilliant blade/sheath for a very fair price. I rate this Tanimboka the best of best of the non-traditional Puukka designs offered brands such as Spyderco, Benchmade, etc. The Tanimboka takes over when my Spyderco Para 3 folder falls short. I strongly recommend this knife to anyone seeking an incredibly robust, useful 35-4" blade. For the paltry sum asking price this knife is a no-brainer for a killer EDC that has no negatives IMHO.
