I have several Tuff Writer analog pens. Including this one. I like the feel of the pens. They are a good size that doesn't slip out of your hand. Smaller pens are harder to grip. They are nice weight and look good. I am a retired mechanical engineer. These appeal to my engineering background. Each element is made on a NC machine. So they are consistent with fine tolerances, As a result, the click action is soft and almost silent. But it holds firmly. Very pleasant to use. The fact that they are sterile might appeal to some users. I like these pens and would recommend them to anyone even if they don't require a sterile pen.
